When you order multiple items at a time, they sometimes ship separately. You may receive one item before the other. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.

In a recent study by NCBI reported significant differences between pre and post sound meditation across all variables measured such as tension, anxiety, anger, depression, fatigue, vigor etc.

In summary, this observational study found significant beneficial effects of singing bowl meditations on a number of such markers related to well-being.

Some people prefer colored crystal singing bowls while many prefer pure white frosted bowls.

There is no difference in sound between them.

There are two notable differences.

First is that metal bowls are very difficult to tune accurately to each note or chakra.

Secondly, the crystal bowls have inherent healing properties due to the fact that they are made with pure quartz crystal which is known to give healing benefits.

This give them a compound healing effect.

All of our products are safely packaged in an individual box that is then shipped and sealed in a bubble mailer or shipping carton. Items are shipped from our warehouse in the USA that is cleaned and sanitized daily.
